**QA Engineering Mgmt 2****Education**: Bachelor degree on Electronic Engineer, Industrial or any bachelor degree related to electronics.More than 2 years in same position or in electronic field.- Knowdledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)- Proactive team work and team leader.- Capable to work under pressure environment.- English 80%- Knowledge on continuous improvement techniques: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.- Experience on Cost Reduction programs.- Related experience and knowledge on ISO9000.- Flexibility to work on different shifts.- Analysis of problems by defined methodologies and establishment of corrective actions- Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, IPC 610 & Quality StandardsSkills: Leadership, Personnel Management, Negotiation skills and deal directly with the customer, telephone conversations in English, service attitude, Availability, proactivity, management of suppliers.- Other skills:- Defines And specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspection, testing and evaluation of the precision, accuracy and reliability of the products.- Recopila And systematically analyzes data to make decisions and establish improvement actions.
