The team is responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of our apps and improving the maps experience in all SSL (Spanish Speaking Latin America) countries.In order to reach our goals, this position has to work very closely with our headquarters engineers and Marketing, UI, CX, DC, Driver Plattform and Passenger Ops teams.Role Responsibilities:- Be able to Monitor reporting channels to identify principal pain points and bugs.- Owner of Reporting, tracking, and verifying tickets created to the engineering team in Headquarters.- Generate applicable ideas to achieve QA, Maps and business objectives.- Management of diverse stakeholders, establishing a good relationship between operations and product/engineering teams.- Collaboration with other areas to solve pain points that impact the user experience.- Utilize our inbound channels to identify and share insights.- Monitor and measure the experience of our maps.- Configure and optimize pick up points.Role Qualifications:Must-have:- Strong Excel skills a must- Proficiency in English & Spanish- Persistent attention to detail- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- Communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous - you'll be working in constant collaboration with, ops managers and other related QA/Maps stakeholders.- Sense of responsibility, self-driven and quick learning ability.- Strong ability in project management, process optimization, and other operational managementEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
