Qa Lab Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree, major in computer science or related.

Experience in similar position

Fluent English and chinese skills: 70% at least

Good team management ability

Fully responsible for the daily operation of the test laboratory and control the work delivery time and quality of the laboratory.

Managed the laboratory operation team, maintained a stable and reliable team, planned and guided the trainig of the laboratory.

Track the operation process of the laboratory and continously improve the quality and efficency o the process

Assisted the business team to meet customers and provided relevant technical support.

Including security, asset managment, cost control and other management responsabilities.
