The QA Lead will play a critical role in executing and enhancing test management strategies, serving as the bridge between testers, developers, and vendors to ensure quality assurance in all aspects of product delivery.Key Responsibilities:Testing Leadership:Lead and coordinate manual testing efforts for either mobile applications or web solutions, depending on assigned focus area.Attend and contribute to team ceremonies, effectively addressing questions and queries from testers and developers.Collaborate with third-party vendors for testing capabilities, ensuring a cohesive quality assurance process.Process and Test Management:Implement and manage testing strategies using Jira, ensuring seamless processes and clear documentation.Execute test transactions using credit cards, maintaining accurate records for financial testing operations via Pcards.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in a QA Lead capacity, with substantial expertise in Jira for test management.Robust knowledge of manual testing for both mobile and web platforms
