**Responsibilities**
- Tracking status of multiple projects
? Initiate conversations about found inconsistencies in planned tasks for
different development teams (art/design/engineering) and follow up on
them to provide solutions.
? Keep constant communication between development teams.
? Follow up on related development teams discussions on project process.
? Register and update time reports on hours used by internal testers and QA
houses per project.
? Review expected and real schedule dates, updating them accordingly
depending on adderance and project progress.
- Resource and internal tester team management
? Assign tasks to internal testers and QA houses
? Keep track of available testing devices for both internal testers and QA
houses
? Invoice management
? Asana task management
? Update and communicate requirements
- Testing
? Update required devices for each testing cycle.
¦ Add new devices and remove deprecated ones as required
- Test grid creation
? Test grid creation and update based on the project general requirements.

- Understanding the core disciplines needed in game production and the ability to
weigh out the costs and benefits of a decision and how it affects the product's
schedule, team stress load and overall product value.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Proficiency in English
- College degree in a project management related discipline in either art or computer
science (or significant equivalent real world experience)
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
- Must be willing to learn new design paradigms including casino slots, and other
forms of real money gaming.
- Must possess a general graphic design notion
- Must have a competent understanding of game engines like Unity or Unreal 4.
- Must be proficient in popular project and task management tools (e.g.
Asana, Jira,
Basecamp, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Basic understanding of interface programming methodologies, casino game
mechanics, and game interaction design.
**Nice to have**
- Proficiency in Spanish
**Salary**: $34,000.00 - $42,500.00 per month
