With over 22,700 associates, it's the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.**Job Description**:- A minimum 2 years of Software Test Management experience is mandatory.- Bachelor's Degree in a software engineering or equivalent- Total of 8 -10 years of experience in software testing.- Establish and implement Software Testing strategies for Manual and Automation testing- Responsible for definition and implementation of an effective management system consisting of KPI's, dashboards, reviews, continuous improvement, etc. aligned with Bosch standards and policies.- Drive efficiency in the test case execution by using automation.- Preventing escalations from customers in terms of project stability or performance.- Management of the life cycle for bugs and ensure a standardized prioritization.- Standardization of test case and bug documentation.- Project management activities : Project Scheduling, Tracking and Status reporting, Resource management, Employee development, Identification of Risks, define mitigation strategies- Lead a testing team with team strength between 5 - 10 testers**Qualifications**:- Advanced knowledge of Software Testing methodologies and practices - Including Functional, non- functional testing with Load testing and stress testing techniques.- Track record of previous success managing multiple concurrent testing projects.- Proven ability to lead and co-ordinate multi-skilled teams- Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to relate well to senior management, client and technical personnel- Ability to think strategically and act as a facilitator- Willingness to accept responsibility and ownership- Ability to resolve conflict and arbitrate- Ability to be flexible with time and deal with global time zone differences.- Experience on test management tools is mandatory.- Experience of integration with the CICD pipelineAdded Advantage- PMP certification- Experience in JIRA and ConfluenceAdditional InformationGet to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks:- Facebook: Bosch Talento México- Instagram: Bosch Campus México- LinkedIn: Bosch MéxicoAll of our vacancies are eligible for relocation financial support* based on internal mobility policy 0085.**"Applicable vacancy for referral program"
