The role is expected to work closely with our team of product development, production, purchasing, marketing, sales, and vendors to conduct product evaluation and improvement projects, ensure products comply with regulatory requirements, product specifications, and customer satisfaction. This role is also responsible for developing test methods, non-conformity management plans, and quality control plans for existing and new products that reflect the Kitsch brand look and match our target market and end-user requirements.The ideal candidate is analytical, knowledgeable, innovative, energetic, systematic, and preferably experienced in quality assurance, quality audits, regulatory compliance, and product improvement.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Product Development and vendors to conduct product launch sampling evaluation, improvement, and ensure new products are compliant with specifications, target market regulations, and customer satisfaction.Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and vendors to conduct current product evaluation, change risk analysis, and improvement projects, ensuring products are compliant with regulatory requirements, product specifications, and customer satisfaction.Monitor product safety, performance, and quality regularly. Investigate detected defects and customer complaints with vendors and initiate preventive and corrective actions. Provide clear corrective action feedback to vendors and monitor improvements progress.Be an essential part of deviation, CAPA's, and change control activities.Coordinate product inspections in warehouses, customer stores, and vendor processing sites including overseas audits.Coordinate and lead North America vendor onsite audits.Manage quarantine, withdrawals, and recalls if necessary.Maintain, update, and improve Consumable vendors Quality Scorecard & Ranking.Involved in all aspects of regulatory compliance, renewal compliance, and label approval.Supervise QC Specialists of Consumables.Perform other related duties as may be assigned
