QA Responsible - Quality Engineer

Guarantee regulatory compliance and implement the quality management system in the distribution center, in addition to ensuring the coverage of the requirements that generate the satisfaction of our customers.
- Activities summary:

- Implement, maintain and participate in quality assurance processes (investigation of complaints, returns, internal audits, supplier evaluation, risk management and change controls).
- Coordinate the handling of blocked products and monitor the indicators that measure quality management performance.

- Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical
- 4 or more years related experience in quality systems and medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Very well versed in in ISO 9001, 13485, NOM 241 and FDA standards.
- Solid experience in FMEA, validations, change management, claims, CAPA, document management.
- Very well versed in basic statistics as well as SPC (cp, cpk, ppk, p-value, etc)
