**WHAT YOU DO**
- Design call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Track team and individual performance.
- Offer feedback to reps as well as leaders.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Utilize process improvement experience.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 2-3 years of call center experience that comes with outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
- Previous QA experience is preferred.
- Must be prodicient with Mocrosoft Offfice (intermidiate Word, basic Excel)
- Creative ability & writing proficiency.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
