Provide QAD Technical guidance, troubleshoot and root cause analysis. Responsible for the change management process of new enhancements assigned, lead small QAD Projects and L3 escalations.**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- Lead on implementation of new finances processes/projects.- Technical Support (Migration/Projects).- Provide support on QAD finance related modules.- Implement & Document new QAD Finance processes, change management:- Requirement Analysis- Development coordination- Testing- UAT approval coordination.- Training- Promote to prod- Delivery and IT readiness of finance flows for projects.- IT QAD Audit Support.- Assure the compliance with ISMS/SOX.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equal experience.- 3-5 years of experience in QAD or SAP.- Information Technologies.- Willing to travel.- Bi-lingual English and Spanish.If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.LI-EG3
