Qad Specialist

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITY- Develop standard and detailed process to manage Product Data in ERP system.
Lead implementation in all facilities.- Review and monitor Plant´s compliance to the new standard process.- Ensure we maintain correct Product and Process data (BOM) uploaded in ERP system.- To be aligned with MOS, Procurement, Engineering, Plant Logistics, Finance requirements in order to ensure that all ERP the information stay updated on time.- Enforce the RASCI for info in QAD related to changes or updates.- Lead and coordinate all the necessary activities for the support areas to ensure the right function of the process.- Improve the manual process of the data collection to avoid wrong data to request steel.
Optimize the Master File for all the regions.- Support alignment with MPC/Budget, material variance, and QAD records buy off from the plant.- Escalate issues needed to align ERP info w/real process.- Support Internal Control items required to operations.

and Leadership teams, PM Teams, Internal Control, Central IT, MOS Team.
**POSITION EXTERNAL INTERACTION- IT Suppliers, Auditors.
**POSITION- Bachelor's degree, Engineering preferably.
**Technical Skills- ERP knowledge- Supply Chain knowledge- Data Analysis- Information management- Process design
