We encourage candidates from all walks of life to apply for this job vacancy, and we extend a particularly warm welcome to those with disabilities.JOB MISSION:The principal objective of this position is to lead the QC department, plan, organize and carry out tasks related to quality control of raw material and finished product.This person works closely with cross-functional departments on quality-related issues and resolutions, while managing urgencies and relations with other departments, suppliers, and customers.MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:Perform raw materials and fragrances quality control (organoleptic and physical-chemical analysis).Identify and define processes for production to raise the standard of quality.Oversee and lead investigations on quality issues of internal rejections and customer complaints.Identify root causes and find solutions for products that do not meet the standard.Partner with cross-functional departments on quality-related resolutions.Lead engagement with external customers on quality-related technical queries.Manage, maintain and continually improve systems to meet customer requirements.Follow up with customers on incidences after shipping.Assure all QC equipment in the QC lab is well maintained.Translate organizational objectives into departmental objectives and develop and optimize them.Draw up schedules for the analyses to be carried out considering the capacities of the employees.Coordinate, coach, and motivate the team, planning and monitoring the human capacity to achieve targeted output.Promote and monitor the quality of the department's output.Lead continuous process improvement, process automation, and digitalization to increase efficiency and productivity in APAC.Work in collaboration with the Global QC team in process alignment.Requisitos:Educational And Other Specific Training Requirements:At least a Degree in chemistry, biology, food, or pharmaceutical field.Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
