Proven experience at least 5 years in Automotive Manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Systems Standards IATF16949 and VDA6.3.

Proefficient and experienced in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D); GD&T

Strong knowledge on Straight Molding and Insert Molding, Electrical Test and Leak Testing Manufacturing processes, as well as multiple assembly and manufacturing categories.

Knowledge on DOE, PokaYokes, QFD, Risk Assessment.

Use and handling of basic and medium complexity Measurement equipment.

Strong leadership, skills and proven experience in Problem Solving methodologies, able to manage multidisciplinary Team members.

Reading and interpretation of Engineering Specifications.

Fluent in English language (Spoken, written), able to effectively communicate at all levels within the Organization. German language is a plus.

Advanced skills in MSO (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and proactive reporting internal - externally.

Experience working within international Teams.
