Could you be the full-time QMS Engineer Tier 2 in Cd. Sahagun, MX we're looking for?
**Your future role**
As our new QMS Engineer Tier 2, you'll be the backbone ensuring that our QMS documentation is always on point, liaising with certification bodies, and keeping our Quality System standards high.
You'll specifically take care of deploying Alstom Policy and QMS on site, but also engaging in administrative tasks like agenda setting and crafting presentations.
**We'll look to you for**:
- Ensuring Quality Management System documentation is managed and updated
- Keeping the KPIs defined by the Quality area and tracking actions
- Supporting conformance with Alstom, regional QMS, and standards like ISO9001
- Issuing and monitoring the yearly internal audit plan
- Managing "Problem-Solving Tool" action plans post-system audits
- Supporting administrative activities such as booking, budgeting, and purchasing

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- An engineering background with a focus on quality
- 2 to 3 years of experience in managing KPIs and ISO audits
- Knowledge of quality tools and a knack for tracking non-conformities
- Proficiency in drafting reports and presentations
- Advanced English level is a must
