**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Qualitative Researcher!
- Establish and lead the research practice within the design team.
- Define and implement best practices for conducting qualitative research in technology and digital design.
- Educate and mentor researchers and designers on the importance of research in technology and digital design.
**To succeed, this role's responsibilities would involve**:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, interaction design, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- +5 years of experience in qualitative research, with a focus on users and consumers in diverse business verticals.
- Proven track record in setting up and leading research practices within design or technology organizations.
