With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we have expanded our operations to 14 countries and are proud to launch our branch in Mexico.Job RequirementsOur QA Analyst works to ensure the quality of calls and messages sent to the customer, as well as implementing training strategies that contribute to improved staff performance rates.
He/she also makes recommendations on procedures to improve quality and efficiency.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and qualify calls, emails and chats to ensure alignment with call model and quality guidelines.Report any risks or suspicious activity identified in collections and customer service communications.Monitor metrics for compliance with customer service standards.Address escalated customer complaints or comments and develop action plans to address them.Provide individual and group feedback to improve quality and customer service levels.Assist in the timely and effective training of executives to develop and improve their skills and performance.Generate periodic performance reports.You are an ideal candidate if you have these skills:Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.Advanced English level C1-C2.Minimum 1 year experience in quality monitoring or training positions in the call center industry.Knowledge of quality assurance metrics.Familiarity with REDECO, CONDUSEF and PROFECO obligations.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.Strong communication skills.High degree of honesty and desire for professional development.Results oriented and goal oriented.We offer:Base salary of $20,000 to $25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.Benefits of law from the first day of work (Social Security, Vacation Bonus 25%, 15 days of Aguinaldo, 12 days of Vacation in the first year).Bonus scheme applicable after passing the training period.Home office 2 times per week after the probationary period.Referral bonus and major medical insurance.Working hours from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with Saturday shifts (to be confirmed).Job stability and short/medium term growth opportunities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:Seguro de vidaPago complementario:Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
