**Job Summary**
This position will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production methods and workflows to maximize productivity and quality while minimizing costs. In addition to process improvement, manufacturing engineers also focus on product design for manufacturability while providing support, guidance and launch projects on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing to sustain and improve results.
**What You Will Do**
- Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
- Constantly seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes.
- Responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
**Education requirement**:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.

**Manufacturing Processes**:
- Ability to interpret blueprints and product drawings
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks in the manufacturing process
- Skill to drive projects from conception to completion
- Participates in measuring and monitoring new processes and technologies.
- Ability to communicate across different areas and levels of the company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
**Additional Information**:
- This position will be in Reynosa, Tamaulipas
- Work from Monday to Friday
- This position requires Fluency in English.
