And if that's you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:- Support Reman technicians with customer requests.- Create, Update and Approve Reman documentation.- Management and Control of "Repair of Repair" (ROR) metric.- Attend Customer compliant, resolution and action plan.- Management of Scrap and internal MRB.- Quality Process Audits responsible (internal and external).- Response to Customer Care regarding Reman Warranties evaluation.- Design fixtures to improve remanufacturing process and ergonomics.- Develop productivity projects.- Implement Engineering Changes in Reman area.- Actively participate in cross functional activities within order processing team.
