Experience in managing Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives with exposure to both front office and back office operations- 3. Experience have led/driven consulting projects- 4. Experience have worked in cross functional teams and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process- 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills- 6. Well versed with MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint and Visio- 7. English Fluency- Skills (Good to have)- 1. Exposure to high end analytics & Statistical tools like Minitab, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI etc.,- 2. Experience in driving high impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering- 3. Understanding of Service/Operations domains- 4. Spanish Basic/Intermediary- Job Description- 1. Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects- 2. Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts- 3. Understand potential customer dis-satisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate any CSAT/PCSAT risks.- 4. Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.- 5. Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process.- 6. Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen on the process floors- 7. Drive standardization practices on the floor and ensure strict compliance in internal and client defined processes.- 8. Monitor and drive compliance requirements through Internal Common Minimum standards (CMS), ISO 9001, etc.,- 9. Ensure all process metrics are met- 10. Lead quality report and dashboards- 11. Support in SOP and VSM creation- Educational Qualification- Any Graduate, B.E/B.Tech- Professional Qualification if any- Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Certified/Trained- Skills (Must Have)- 1.
