Descripción y detalle de las actividades
1- Coordinate customer-complaint related 8D's (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) Works with various departments to identify the root cause of problems, define the necessary actions required to assure corrective and preventative actions are properly implemented and documented. 2- Coordinate, ensure the implementation and improve the Quality Management System Requirements (ISO 9001: 2015 / IATF 16949: 2016). 3- Coordinate, ensure implementation and improve specific customer requirements to integrate them into the internal management system. 4- Ensure that the Core tools systems (APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP) are implemented according to what is specified with the customer and internal requirements. 5- Ensure product regulatory requirements. 6- Monitoring and follow-up of customer satisfaction through Balance Scorecard. 7- Coordinate the initiation and closure of internal non-conformities. 8- Participates/Leads internal and external (customer) meetings as required. 9- Coordinate and follow up on the findings of Layered Process Audit. 10- Ensure and follow up on the effective implementation of continuous improvement suggestions (Kaizen System).
Experiência y requisitos
1- Engineer with Experience and similar position in coordination of Quality area. 2- Requirements English (fluent), Experience in Internal Audits, External Audits, Customer Attention and Management Presentations. 3- Good in Data Analysis, Proactive, Responsible, Global Perspective, Able to coordinate teams, projects, provide training, good in presentations reporting. 4- Molding Injection process is a Plus.
