This role is also responsible for supporting the implementation of consulting projects through data gathering, analysis and research, and identifying and recommending process improvements.**Key Responsibilities**:- Supports the implementation of consulting projects through data gathering, analysis and research- Implements updates to policies and procedures by monitoring fluctuations in industry trends, tracking customer needs, foreseeing potential impacts to products and services- Identifies process improvements based on analysis of individual and aggregate level performance data compared to established quality standards- Follows through on all client-based feedback including any corrective measures required in order to address performance deficiencies identified- Interfaces with client, relationship management, and functional leadership as required in order to ensure attainment of key performance metrics- Provides functional, procedural, or strategic guidance to create value, maximize growth and improve business performance for the company- Develops and maintains strong product and process knowledge with attention to detail- Works with manager to build QA programs, formats, and other documentation- Conducts quality audits of operations core business processes- Completes quality audits and reporting within established timeframes**Education**:- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)**Experience**:- 0-2 years experience (preferred)**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- This job does not have supervisory duties.**Functional Skills**:- Process thinker with demonstrated ability to leverage data in problem solving; makes recommendations for process improvements- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word- Strong written, oral and presentation skills- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills- Proven self-starter capable of determining work priorities and timelines to achieve superior results- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic operations environment- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with leadership, peers and other stakeholders to achieve superior results**Compensation**Compensation offered for this role is $0 - 1,200,000 per day and is based on experience and qualifications.At National General, great things happen when our people work together.
