We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.Our Quality Analysts support our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content.
To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines.
Content includes images, video and text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; childabuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.What will I be doing?- You will perform daily sampling tasks for audit purposes.- You will have to thorough data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality.- You will provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps- You will cooperate with moderation teams and Market POC to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard- You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
**Qualifications**:QualificationsWhat should I bring with me?- You come with previous experience performing a Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment.- You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.- You possess experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environmentTrust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
