As an outward-facing role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service by assisting with customer document requests. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers will ensure accurate and timely delivery of product specifications, certificates of analysis, and other essential documentation.**Responsibilities**:- Customer Document Requests: Responsible for completing customer document requests, including product specifications, certificates of analysis, and other relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to address their document requests, clarify any queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.- Product Sampling and Testing: Collaborate with the commercial team to arrange product sampling and coordinate testing at third-party laboratories. Ensure compliance with quality standards, analyze test results, and communicate findings to the Quality Assurance Manager.- Ingredient Specifications: Create and maintain ingredient specifications, incorporating relevant organic regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and up-to-date specifications for all sourced organic ingredients.- Quality Activities: Assist with various quality activities, such as monitoring product quality throughout the supply chain, conducting internal audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain quality records and documentation.- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance Manager, commercial team, and operations team on all quality-related activities. Provide support and expertise to crossfunctional teams as required.- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on food safety and organic regulations & standards, ensuring company compliance. Advise on any necessary changes to internal processes and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field.- 1 year of experience in the food industry, preferably in a quality or regulatory role.- Advanced English is required- Strong understanding of organic regulations and standards.- Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations related to organic ingredients and food products.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers
