Clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.RESPONSIBILITIES:Investigates customer issues reported in Production and attempts to replicate them in lower test environments. Assists in identifyingissues in Production related to IT Operations and Infrastructure, including Production server and services monitoring as needed. Documents and reports on issues found to the Quality Assurance, Development, Production Support, and Customer Support teams. Develops and implements automated test scripts for high priority Production issues that occur, ensuring these items are caught during the QA phase of the next Sprint. Maintains existing automated scripts and troubleshoots failures as needed. Monitors Production logs using SQL queries and takes appropriate action when new issues are found. Makes recommendations and suggests improvements to our existing Customer and Production Support processes.
