**Visión general**:Carry out the activities of Advanced Quality Planning for the launch of new products (APQP, PPAP-A, B, C, D, express), until the release of the approval of parts for production (PPAP). As well as the management of the Hydraulic Laboratory, DOA, Incoming and Metrology areasLI-DG1**Responsabilidades**:Develop and implement advanced quality tools (APQP) for the release of new products.Monitoring of the implementation of engineering changes (ECN's)Carry out the analysis of databases of Guarantees, CRM, DA, FIR, Yields, TL in order to obtain the information that provides us with corrective/preventive actions so as not to affect the client.Manage the actions derived from customer complaints in order to resolve the problem, ensure non-recurrence and customer satisfaction.Active participation in the entire PPAP's process from concept gate to release.Perform validation and reliability tests on the finished product.Manage the Hydraulic Testing Laboratory; Dock Audit; Incoming and MetrologyManage requirements of the environmental and safety management systems of the areas under their chargeSupport compliance with controls and opportunities, and monitoring of risks and opportunities**Requisitios**:**Education**: Industrial Engineer or relatedExperience: 5 years in Quality areas or 3 years as an Advanced Quality Engineer (Sr Quality Engineer)**Knowledge**: a) ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949b)Methodology for problem solvingc) Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015 (desirable)d)Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP,)e) LPA´sf) Black Belt Belt (Desirable)g)Project Managementh) Minitabi)Fluent English conversationj) Advanced Excel
