Excellent analytical organizational and influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment and participate in all team scrum activities. Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement. Own the identification and escalation of any issues or risks within the testing work stream.-- Lead the Test Automation transformation by incorporating a Testing Center of Excellence, framed by best practices and well-defined workflows and by regulating the governance of Test Automation across Littelfuse departments- Report on progress of the overall test prep/execution to leadership/stakeholders- Onboarding of Quality Assurance Analysts and Automation Engineer Resources- Mentor and empower a team that focuses on both quality and development efficiency- Management of the Quality Assurance Team and Quality Assurance Tools- Lead testing efforts on assigned projects ensuring that each defect is managed to resolution- Prepares test plans, test scripts, and release documentation- Execute test scripts and test cases and reporting and tracking of results/issues- Participate in or support various testing phases including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance- Support both planned and emergency issues or releases- Work closely with project management and other teammates and gather requirements, assist in the design of new enhancements, functionality, and release planning- Work with the digital marketing and development teams to understand functional requirements- Develop and review test cases with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage through unit, functional, user acceptance (UAT) and regression test cycles.- Develop thorough understanding of our website functionality- Proactively report any issues using a ticketing system, maintaining ownership through resolution- Provide stakeholders the necessary information to replicate problems- Assist with release and software build management activities in QA and staging environments
