The QA Manager will provide auditing support for compliance to quality management systems (QMS) implementation and FSSC 22000 and food safety standard requirements.**Responsabilities**:- Guarantee the implementation and sustainability of quality management systems and food safety systems, such as corrective action associated with all gaps identified in the internal and external audits- Support and guidance for obtaining QMS / FSSC 22000 compliance- Ensure government and company minimum requirements and policies are respected.- Lead PCQI- Provide support for any food safety incident.- Provide coordination of facility inspections/audits aimed at ensuring compliance to minimum requirements and continual improvement.- Liaise with R&D, production and sales team to assist with effective and efficient new and transferred product execution.- Establish and document sanitation procedures and employee compliance.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or Food Science or equivalent- 5 years' experience in food safety, with products such as dairy, chocolate, flour, confiture- Formal training in Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) food safety standards- Englis level: C1 (mandatory).
