Position Summary: We are seeking an On-Site Quality Assurance (QA) Payroll Software Tester based in Puebla, Mexico, to rigorously test our payroll software, ensuring accuracy, performance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
You'll play an essential role in identifying potential issues, enhancing the user experience, and delivering reliable payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for payroll software, focusing on both front-end and back-end functionalities.Collaborate closely with the development team to understand feature requirements and ensure high-quality output.Perform manual and automated testing on payroll processes, covering payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and compliance checks.Track, document, and manage bugs from detection through resolution.Work with cross-functional teams (product, support, and development) to maintain software quality standards.Enhance automated test scripts for payroll features to ensure precision and efficiency.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and project planning to ensure high-quality standards in product development.Prepare regular reports on testing activities, outcomes, and issues encountered.
