Quality Assurance Representative

Overview:TheCreation and analysis of databases that help us to generate action plans and strategies to improve the quality of Consumer Credit processes.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor compliance of policies and procedures and anticipate the necessary adjustments to the sampling and revision methods in QA.- Provide the area with QA results and feedback in a timely manner.- Recording and follow-up of monthly results & KPI's (Obtained in reviews and QA assessments).- Document and communicate QA findings and trends (% of accuracy).- Implement and perform monitoring & testing processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics or equivalent.- +1 years of experience in administration areas (banking or financial services is preferred).- Experience in the usage of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI & Word).- English Proficiency (Both written & verbal).- Experience in Administration, Customer Service and / or Back Office.- Ability to generate reports and present information clearly and accurately.- Highly effective communication (both verbal and written).- Planning and organizing time in order to set priorities.- Proactive and self-motivation.LI-ED1Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
