Quality Assurance Specialist

For this reason, we are hiring:Quality Assurance Specialist:Within the Quality Assurance team, the role takes care of claims and non-conformities both internal and external from the point of view of the root cause analysis and corrective actions. At the same time, it supports the definition and application of the procedures and improvement of quality for the products laminate, spotted pouches, and caps.What you get to do:Support interface with customers for the evaluation of product claims.Manage non-conformities from customers, interacting with different company functions to carry out analysis of root causes and corrective actions.Manage internal quality claims by carrying out necessary tests and investigations. Interact with operations functions to define root causes and corrective actions.Report on KPIs about quality levels.Participate in the preparation and execution of audits.Visit customers in case of claims.Collaborate with Operations Continuous Improvement and Maintenance to implement activities of process and product improvement.Collaborate with Product Engineering and Sales to deal with regulatory and certification activities submitted by customers.What we value:Right attitude to problem solving.Customer-focus: Works with internal customers to get necessary information and complete requests in a timely manner, communicates openly.Attitude to teamwork and positive leadership.What we are looking for:Instruction level: 3 – 5 years of experience in Quality in manufacturing industries, preferably as Quality Assurance.
