And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.JOB SUMMARY:The F5 Quality Assurance Technician plays a critical role in Manufacturing Operations.- Ensuring F5 products meet quality standards before reaching our customer.- Directly impacting F5's Customer Experience- Working with other F5 manufacturing personnel onsite at F5's contract manufacturer.- May include auditing other local supplier.- Documenting compliance and non-conformances.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: _ List the essential duties and responsibilities of the role_- Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.- Collaborating with F5 team members to develop quality plans. Assist in documenting and executing the quality plans.- Conduct independent audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and products.- Review manufacturing work instructions for accuracy and thoroughness for proper execution.- Drive and document issuses through a closed loop process to resolution- Provide clear and timely communication to manufacturing quality team.- Conduct training as needed to supplier.- Performs other related duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: _list the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform those functions at a competent and proficient level._- Strong attention to details for technical communications- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration as well as influencing and persuading others.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, time management and organization skills- Duties may require being on call periodically or working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 5% of the time spent traveling.LI-LA1QUALIFICATIONS:- State minimum qualifications of education, experience, licenses or certifications._- Associates degree in engineering related field or equivalent work experience- 7+ years of experience in quality control and/or electronics manufacturing experience of enterprise-class server equipment, networking equipment, telecommunication equipment, etc.- Experience with auditing and IPC-A-610 compliance- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics- Fluent Spanish- Can effectively communicate in English, reading and writingPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:List any special environmental conditions, unpleasant conditions and special hazards, as well as any lifting, bending or vision requirements.- Duties are performed in an electronics manufacturing environment. Ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day.- Some duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table
