Quality Assurance Tester

**Position: Quality Assurance Tester (100% Remote)****About Us**We blend creativity with technology to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns for our diverse range of clients.**Position Overview****Quality Assurance Tester Key Responsibilities**- **Testing & QA Processes**:- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for our digital projects.- Identify, record, and thoroughly document any discrepancies or defects found during testing.- Perform regression testing once issues have been addressed.- **Collaboration**:- Work closely with our development team to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.- Engage with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.- **Tools & Technologies**:- Utilize and adapt various QA tools and methodologies to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our digital outputs.- Stay informed on new testing tools and strategies relevant to our industry.- **Feedback & Reporting**:- Provide feedback to the development team regarding potential enhancements or adjustments.- Prepare detailed QA reports and metrics for internal reviews.**Quality Assurance Tester Skills and Qualifications**- **Experience - **2+ years in a QA testing role, preferably within a web development or similar environment.- **Testing Tools - **Experience with popular QA tools and methodologies, such as Selenium, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.- **Analytical Skills - **A keen eye for detail and the capability to spot, analyze, and rectify discrepancies.- **Communication - **Strong written and verbal communication skills.- **Teamwork - **Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Salary**- Monthly salary $2000 USD**Schedule**- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm EDT
