**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Review requirements and specifications to ensure the solution aligns with the customer's requests
- Create and maintain technical documentation for released features
- Update technical product documentation to ensure relevance
- Create well-structured and detailed test plans and guides for the team as part of the testing cycle
- Suggest changes and improvements to the UX/UI and feature description text from the customer's perspective for new features
- Perform thorough regression testing for feature deliveries and bug resolutions
- Report bugs and errors to the respective development team
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Develop effective strategies for improving the overall QA process of the product
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies
**Qualification**:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in quality assurance within a product-based company
- Strong understanding of UX principles and customer-centric thinking
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
- Experience working in a fast-paced software startup environment
- Experience working with integrated payment gateways and payment processing platforms

- Salary: $18k to $24k USD, depending on experience
