The head of consumer voice oversees the management of the service which answers to direct unsolicited consumer feedback, across all channels of conversation (phone, email, live chat, messaging, social media, etc.)
to protect the brand love and foster consumer loyalty.Location: Monterrey/Ciudad de MexicoMinimum Qualifications:8+ years of experience in the automotive domain.Experience in issue management, prioritization, and risk analysis.Experience in the ALM tool chain, specifically Jira and Confluence.Good knowledge of generic global diagnostics specification (GGSD).Experience in CAN-based diagnostics.Responsibilities:Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts to deliver high-performing quality solutions.Ensure that all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality.Be an active advocate of the mobile platform through both internal and external channels.Ability to work in an agile and rapidly changing environment with high-quality deliverables.Experience in Data Lake or Data Warehouse, Datamart in a production environment.Shape the data strategy, keeping up with the latest technologies.Maintain effective communication and coordination across Brand/Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement teams.Lead and inspire a team of software engineers, supporting an aggressive recruiting agenda.Passion for growth: Always think to drive business forward and build strong relationships with customers through high-quality services and solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
