.**Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity**:The Quality Control Analyst will be a member of a team that supports Quality Leadership, Sustaining, Product and NPI Quality teams to provide critical data analytics, understand customer outputs and performance indicators, and deliver interpretations and insights of data to business leaders.**Key Responsibilities**- Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data warehouse platforms.- Maintain and communicate updates of operational key performance indicators (PPM, MOR, COPQ, New PPM, etc.).- Report data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.Identify and interpret trend in data quality analysis.- Running data queries and coding in digital platforms.- Perform data scrubbing and mining.- Collaborating with database developers to improve data collection when applicable- Maintain data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)- Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection.- Documenting processes and maintaining data records.- Ad hoc reporting, based on Supply Chain related data, in accordance with Stakeholder requirements and expectations.- Actively supports SPS Bucharest Site to achieve AOP and drive the actions defined in X-Matrix- Determine root causes that drive negative impact on KPI's.- Provide root cause analysis to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations to drive improvement or correct KPI deviation.- Identify gaps in operational business flow, that impact reporting data, and notify relevant stakeholders to determine what actions should be taken.- Verify data quality and determine if additional Master Data Validation is required or database business logic requires changes.- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operational flows for new and existing reports and processes.- Create presentations with the analysed data and/or findings and host meetings with relevant stakeholders/management.- Host meetings for operational review and recommend actions.**YOU MUST HAVE**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree in Business or Engineering- Business fluent in written and spoken English- Experience with visualization software (Tableau, Power BI)- Excel proficiency- Good knowledge of SAP / BI environment- Ability to validate data quality- Ability to drive process improvement projects to execution independely.- Ability to drive root cause analysis and improvement in under performing KPI and present recommendations to business owners- Ability to proactively engage the stakeholders for the operational roadblocks- Standard reports development using above tools- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions.- Well organized with good time management, result oriented and ability to manage multiple targets and priorities
