Quality Control Manager

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- The Quality Control manager directs the activities of the quality control team, ensuring the team members work accurately and effectively to bring quality services for the company and customers.
Plan, coordinate, and direct the Quality Control program activities designed to ensure continuous production.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and adhering to systems, processes, policies, and procedures for all quality assurance and training activities that promote compliance.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
Develops and implements Internal and external audit processes, which ensure that all procedures are current and accurate.
Analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and propose solutions to those flaws.
Responsible for leading, developing, coordinating, and administering training Programs which include but not limited to, on-boarding and ongoing training.
Take responsibility for the review of action plans and lead the timely and accurate completion of NCR responses.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
