Quality Control Supervisor

Ensures the proper processes are in place for the Incoming Inspection department, thru supervision and coordination of the QA Incoming team. Maintain the team informed about the new products and supports new product introduction process. Ensure on-time material inspection and support production. Maintain control of MRB area (incoming), ensuring inventory accuracy and tracking material cost. Ensure proper identification and segregation of nonconforming material. Participate in the assessment of new NCMRs and follow-up accordingly to ensure on-time closure.**Requirements**:- Professional degree (Industrial Engineering or equivalent)- 3 years of experience in Quality, as minimum (similar role)- Knowledge on problem solving tools such as 8Ds, A3, Ishikawa, DMAIC, etc. and on ISO 13485:2016, control plans, NCMRs, CAPAs, PPAP and basic process validation (i.E. IQ, OQ, PQ).- Knowledge on quality core tools, such as PFMEA, DFMEA, gage R&R, APQP, MSA, SPC, etc.- English, Intermediate level.- MS Office.
