You will lead and managepeople in order to achieve our goals and maintain our values.You support the Executive team by providing technical information, guidance, and product knowledge.- **Education **:Bachelor's degree in communications, electronics, industrial, informatics, computing or equivalent.**Experience**:- 10 years of experience in automotive industries either OEMs or contract manufacturers- 10 years of experience in the implementation and evaluation of Quality Management Systems- 10 years of experience as a lead auditor auditing quality systems and auditing suppliers**Knowledge**:- Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, TL 9000, IATF 16949, ISO 13485- Quality Planning and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP, Quality Assurance and Control, Supplier Quality- Management, Quality System Auditing- Expertise in consumer, regulatory, and industrial quality standards- Core tools certification (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA y CP)- Problem solving using various core tools, including AIAG, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, DOE- Problem solving techniques: Process Improvement, Kaizen, 5S Technique, Value Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Capability/SPC, Specification, Measurement and Process Capability, Flowcharts, Pareto charts, Fishbone, Improvement Techniques, Quality Circles, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, Seven Tools of Quality,- Control Charts and Graphs.- AIAG IATF 16949 Audit Team Leader Certification- AIAG Supplier Auditor Certification**Skills**:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems, excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, fluent in English language, excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, open to adopt established company policies.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management Systems in the plants of the Mexico division.
