Quality Control Technician

He is in charge of the dimensional validation of tools, parts and/or components that are produced in the company or supplier, complying with all safety and quality requirements/regulations.- Analyze engineering drawings of the parts and/or components to be dimensioned- Develop programs for coordinate measuring machine (CMM)- Generate final dimensional reports for PPAP and/or assigned validations.- Train personnel in the use of measurement equipment.- Annual Full Layout requested by the quality engineer according to the specific requirements of the client (CSR)- MSA studies, RR attributes, RR of variables, MSA of destructive tests- Update and monitoring of Gage Track- Performs monitoring of the calibration status of the Measurement and Test Equipment.- Coordinates external calibration activities- Issues internal calibration certificates in Gage Track- Perform layered audits as required- Maintain inventories of spare parts and consumables required in the area.- Generate purchase requisitions when required.- Assists the quality engineer in technical measurement issues- Maintain measurement equipment loan records- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities as requiredSmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world's most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
