Implement strong process controls, statistical quality sampling, program launches and product transfers; to achieve a high levelof customer satisfaction.**Your Task will be**- Support and develop customer quality control requirements, policies, procedures and plans.- Assist in performing internal audits.- Perform statistical process control methods, measurements and R & R. Maintain documentation and data support.- Prepare specific internal quality reports to the customer.- Monitor and perform trend analysis and reporting.- Control plans, updates and audits to ensure compliance.- Provide training and act as a source of communication for new quality issues.- Lead plant meetings to discuss quality issues. (QWR).- Calibrate measuring equipment.- Read and interpret drawings and/or specifications.- Prepare required quality reports.- Maintain control of current production processes and develop Poke-yokes processes.- Perform trial/error analysis, product quality decisions based on customer expectations.- Develop and implement quality systems for use in the production plant
