PresentialWe are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Customer Care**, based in **Rio Bravo Plant (Juarez, MEX).****YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- Visit internal and external clients.- Preparation of customer complaint matrix and status of complaints for cars.- Use of the LQTS and SQTS systems.- Lead SWAT (Multifunctional Team) meetings.- Notification of discrepancies with the client daily.- Collection of evidence for aspects of corrective actions.- Monitoring of defects with the client.- Contact with internal and external suppliers.- Customer chargeback control, RMAs log.- Comply with the safety policies and procedures of the plant as well as the- ISO-14001 and IATF-16949/ISO9001 standards, as well as legal and regulatory standards.- Responsibility and authority to stop production due to quality problems.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Completed professional career.- Strong Microsoft office skills.- Capacity for teamwork.- Knowledge in dealing with clients.- Leadership ability.- Availability to travel.- Valid visa and passport.- Ability to solve problems.- Experience in the automotive sector.- Advanced English level (Indispensable).If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.LI-NA1
