This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The complexity of research and skills for the position is well beyond basic data entry and research. It involves complex analysis and diving deep into key metrics based on requests, building and maintaining multiple databases, extensive knowledge of software applications to create tools, and understanding of multiple programming languages. Key job responsibilities: Development of data collection processes and data management systemsMaintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and ExcelCharting and graphing of data for reporting purposesIn-depth research of defect trendsData collection and entry as neededData mining and problem solvingBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role and conducting analysis and data mining using Excel.
- 1+ years experience extracting and processing data using SQL.
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in progress or finished
- 1+ year of Experience writing VBA and using macros in Microsoft Excel
- 1+ year of Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python
- B1, Basic - Intermediate English Level
