**YOUR TASKS**- Project audits- Conducting process audits of all newly starting technical light products, as required also process audits of newly starting products at suppliers to support an optimal product startup and guarantee product quality.- Preparing customer audits in the specialist field- Realizing preliminary cross-works internal audits in advance of customer audits and coordinating the measures necessary in this respect to satisfy the customer requirements and achieve optimal customer audit results.- Quality management in the planning- Preparing and conducting Gate Process Reviews and coordinating activities in this respect to expand Q management in the specialist field and support or guarantee secured procedures in the product planning (process chain).- Training for quality management in planning- Preparing, creating training plans on quality topics as well as partly conducting training courses in this respect to increase the quality knowledge of employees.- Coordinating design and process FMEA- Leadership- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.
Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks- Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks- Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands.- Assuring of A-Spice compliance- Lead a team to Verify A-Spice compliance via spot checks throughout the development cycle.- Support the organization of Internal and external A-Spice Assessments.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar.5+ years of progressive responsibility in Quality Software engineering activities.3+ years of people management experience.Ability to hire, coach and motivate a team of test engineers, passion for people management and mentorship.Excellent written and verbal communication and cross discipline collaboration skills.Strategic thinker who sees big picture opportunities and can identify cross functional synergies and dependencies.Positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
