Quality Eng Technical Lead

**Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges**:**Honeywell Aerospace de Mexico** Operations is seeking a **Quality Eng Technician Lead**.**Key Responsibilities**:- Maintains quality data records, compiles information, and prepares reports for internal and external customers.- Participates in cross-functional efforts to ensure proper corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.- Provides support to manufacturing operations in the review of products and of engineering and manufacturing processes, including First Article Inspections and productivity reviews for new engineering products.- Performs product audits in accordance with Honeywell/customer/industry standards, reports results, assigns and monitors.- Technical support of customer quality issues/escapes in relation to RMAs- Product review and assist QE with disposition, containment, and work orders- Support of corrective action responses based on customer escape issues and data**You must have**:- High School diploma or bachelor's degree- Good English Communication (Written and Conversational).**WE VALUE**- Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal/external customers- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Able to influence changes that positively impact production- Some experience of leading technical teams- Knowledge of quality assurance standards- Experience implementing Quality Management systems- Six Sigma Greenbelt desired- Good understanding of technical drawings and be able to follow technical instructions**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD202975- ** Category**:Integrated Supply Chain- ** Location**:Circuito Aerospacial No. 2,Mexicali,BAJA CALIFORNIA,21395,Mexico- Nonexempt
