Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective conflict and negotiation management skills, and an understanding of manufacturing processes are required. Role: -Responsible for leading Quality Assurance (Product Performance and Systems) within the facility. -Responsible for Supervision of Product Audit/Performance Test and personnel. -Responsible for driving corrective actions and process improvements in existing processes, procedures and systems that affect product, process and systems quality. -Responsible for supporting manufacturing areas to assist in process and product improvement activities through sharing QA data, providing technical input from a QA point of view and being a QA resource for Engineering and Production. -Responsible for collecting, monitoring, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data, with the purpose of assisting in the development of process and quality improvement plans and activities within operations and systems. -Responsible for tool selection (Basic Statistics, SPC, DOE, etc) and correct use of statistical tools and methods within Improvement planning and execution.Experiência y requisitosOccupational Experience: -Experience in manufacturing process. -Monitoring customer complaints. -Monitoring quality issues with suppliers -Problem solving through teamwork between the different departments. -Development and implementation of control Plans and FMEAs. -Validation of new processes and products. -Knowledge of statistical tools and continuous improvement tools. -Lean Manufacturing experience is desirable.
