Reporting to the quality manager, you as a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for adapting, following and maintaining all the specifications required by our clients and standards such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001 to deliver a quality product.
About the job:
- Ensuring execution of the quality system on the production floor.- Process control monitoring.- Identify and analyze quality problems and propose corrective actions.- Intervenes with customers regarding complaints and services 10%- Implement and monitor quality procedures according to international standards.- (ISO 9001/IATF 16949) and company policy.- Make proposals regarding the improvement of product quality.- Support in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certifications- Coordination and administration of the work of quality auditors- Carry out supplier quality engineering activities (Monitoring/Inspection/Complaints)- Control the use of external approval marks such as UL, CSA, CCC CQC, etc.)- Develop PPAP- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Spanish, English 90%)- 3 to 5 years as a quality engineer, process engineer or project engineer.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (SAP)- Proficient with Statistical tools, core tools, troubleshooting tools.
