Quality Engineer (Automotive)

The quality engineer is reponsible for efficiently connecting with the the customer to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Work on becoming the preferred supplier of our customer, always maintaining a relationship of teamwork, integrity, humility and mutual benefit.- Follow up on the quality issues- Lead efforts to improve Quality performance metrics (QN, Scrap, Non-conforming material and Sorting). Organize and oversee the tabulation of summary information for management and customer reports. Help to support & drive Zero-Defect mentality throughout the department.- Respond to customer issues by deploying appropriate containment actions and / or corrective actions. Interface directly with customers in a timely and professional manner.
