If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Quality Engineer Customer Care, based in our **Torres Plant (Juárez, Chihuahua, México)**.As a Quality Engineer Customer Care, you will be responsible to support the customers providing answers to the quality issues, making defect contentions inside and outside of the plant, and leading the multidisciplinary team to the problems resolution.**Your Tasks will be**- Provide answers to the customers related with the quality claims reported- Be the first contact with the customers for the specific requirements- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve any quality issue trough the different existing methodologies: 8D's, Ishikawa, DDW- Review the ''concern'' status reported by customers until you get a solution- Verify the customer portals to assure the answer to any reported problem- Create quality reports detailing the quality development in relation with the customer's metrics and scorecards**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field- At least 01 year of experience in engineering, quality or manufacturing areas.- IATF 16949, Problem solving, Core Tools, PFMA, Control Plan knowledge and experience- Previous experience with customers of the automotive industry (Preferably GM)- English level advancedLI-DNI
