If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Engineer**. based in **Monarca Plant, Cd Juarez, Chihuahua.** (E-Systems Division).As a Quality Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work with customer service, resolution of quality problems, coordination, and implementation of defect containment inside and outside the Plant, and management of a multidisciplinary team during the problem resolution methodology.**Your Task will be**- Respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaints- Primary point of contact with clients for specific requirements- Trainings.- Monitoring of the status of the "concerns" reported by the clients until ensuring their closure- Use the LQTS system database to perform the analysis of customer complaints.- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: Bachelor's degree/engineering level, or equivalent work experience- At least 1 year of experience preferably in the automotive industry (not essential).- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Intermediate English.- Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills.LI-DNI- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
