As Quality Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to ensure customer response for notifications of quality issues or any required support reporting directly to a Quality Coordinator. Your Task will be: Provide responses to customers regarding reported quality complaints. Main point of contact with clients for specific requirements. Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality problems using the different existing methodologies: 8Ds, Ishikawa Diagrams, DDW. Monitor the status of concerns reported by customers until ensuring their closure. Constantly check client systems to ensure that all reported issues have been addressed. Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings. Use the LQTS system database to perform customer complaint analysis. Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards. Understand and ensure compliance of the process and product according to customer specifications. To be successful in this role you will need: Education: Industrial Engineer or any other related field. At least 1 year of experience in automotive harness manufacturing. Proficient English. Capacity for analysis, leadership, communication, organizational skills, troubleshooting, 8D knowledge, and Quality systems. Specific customer requirement: FORD preferably.
